OBJECTIVES OF THE INSTITUTE
The Objectives of the Institute are given as under:-
- To provide a forum for the advancement of professional knowledge and skills in managerial fields and for human resource development.
- To help the members to develop their talents and abilities to undertake
challenging responsibilities in managerial vocation and pursuits.
- To hold conferences , meeting discussions, lectures and seminars to disseminate latest
scientific and technical knowledge and information about the science and art of human resource development.
- To help the registered members of the institute
in seeking better employment opportunities.
- To do all such things pertaining to the
development of the institute as may be defined by its community.
